Bring a spirit of cooperation, a generous heart, and helping hands and we will have a wonderful time! Here are a few of the things we plan to do: - Assist with summer lunch program at TEEG in Thompson on Monday. - Visit the Stowe Center in Hartford to learn about stereotyping on Tuesday. - Work with the handicapped at the Center of Hope on Wednesday. - Tend the community garden at People’s Harvest in Pomfret on Thursday. - Prepare food and serve a meal at our own Senior Café on Friday. - Plus lots of games, creative snacks, and a pool party! We will begin each day at 9:00 am the First Congregational Church on Route 169 in Woodstock. Plan to bring your own bag lunch on Tuesday and Thursday.
